One thing the AmeriCorps community has in common is that we care. It’s one of our greatest strengths and it can be an Achilles heel, leading us to risk collapse under the weight of all we try to hold for others. In this interactive session we will connect around our desire to help others while still taking care of ourselves. We will cover some practical tips as well as a chance to reflect on what matters most to you.
