Preparing site supervisors to provide members with an amazing member experience while also adhering to policies and regulation is critical to a successful program. It is also very difficult. Supervisors are very busy. Supervising a member is often an additional responsibility for them. You don’t have direct control over their schedules or performance management. In this session you’ll design your training plan for Site Supervisors and leave with a plan, templates, and the knowledge of effective training design.
