When an issue comes up with a member and their site, it is often hard to navigate. Should you counsel the member one on one? Meet with the Site Supervisor and get their perspective? Serve as a mediator or an enforcer – or both? In the case of member issues, you need to navigate multiple relationships. You also have to problem solve – do you have options or is this a situation where the policy is cut and dry? In this interactive session, we will share real life case studies and give you strategies for navigating these situations.
