Hosted on Zoom
In the (potentially) long stretch between hire and service start dates, keeping members engaged and excited is crucial. This workshop will explore how to maintain meaningful connections through strategic touchpoints, offering unique program insights and addressing questions before they arise. You’ll also learn how to adjust your communication strategy as the hiring window tightens. This is an opportunity to brainstorm with peers and develop a tailored approach to keeping your hired members “warm,” ensuring a smooth transition from offer letter to onboarding. Attend to elevate your recruitment & onboarding process to boost member satisfaction and retention from day one.
This 1 hour virtual workshop is designed for AmeriCorps program staff and supervisors.
