Have you struggled with recruiting AmeriCorps members for your program in recent cycles? Do you feel alone or unsupported?
Do Good, Be Good and Lauren Currie Consulting are leading a group program for AmeriCorps recruiters who are ready to reboot their recruitment.
Whether you are still actively recruiting this cycle or you are planning ahead for January, Spring or Summer 2024, we will guide you through the steps of 1) assessing what’s working and what’s not in your recruitment strategy and systems 2) retooling those systems and approaches to get better results in the next cycle, and 3) improving your efficiency so you can recruit more members without burning out.
Please note that this is not the right fit for first time recruiters. If you’ve never recruited before, let us know and we can connect you to other training and resources that will help you get started. This program is meant for recruiters who have some experience and want to level up their recruitment.
The deadline to join the program is April 30th, 2024 at midnight.
The program includes:
- 5 small group support calls, led by two recruitment experts on 5/6, 5/13, 5/20, 6/3, and 6/10 at 10am PT / 1pm ET (Mondays, 1 hour)
- Weekly co-working sessions on 5/8, 5/15, 5/22, 5/29, 6/5, and 6/12 at 12pm PT / 3pm ET (Wednesdays, 1 hour)
- 6 weeks of email support with clear, actionable steps to take each week and templates and resources to help you do it in the least amount of time
Through this program you will be able to figure what to take action on that will have the greatest results and you will know that you are not alone in this. You will have support from experts as well as peer support.
